   I actually figured out what was causing it. Took a bit of digging on Google.
   
   iBlurDeferredShadowMask was set to 0. I set it to its max of 5. Then POOF lines gone.

   Seems the game does this no matter what; its just more extreme with the ENB mods. And I'm running the Geforce 560 ti now, and it still does it.
