That glowing thing is a master level alteration spell's result, an artificial sun high up in the sky that illuminates a wide area. In game, it starts as small glowing orb, then expands once it reaches its destination (aka Vegeta's fake moon in the fight agains Goku).

Also, a second spell launches enemies right into the sun. ^^

    I can imagine in the game Im using the fake sun an turning into the great ape just like vegeta

      Seems like you are doing crazy s#*! with the magic in general, but is there anything new for melee/ranged physical combatants?
