Mysterious Contract

Just got back to Castle Volkihar with Serana from Forebears' Hideout when I was attacked by two Dawnguard scouts and a Dark Brotherhood assassin. On the assassin's corpse I found this bloodstained contract that I've never seen before, and I found nothing on the wiki, so I assume it's from a mod. Anyone know which one, and/or who "T" is and why he/she wants me dead?

In case it's too difficult to read through the blood: "You have been following your target for weeks now. We demand an update on your progress... -T"

    I've had this note and two others, all signed T.
    One says something like, finish your deed and the payment will be in the temple.
    The other says, You've hunted vampires before so this one should be no different"

    I've looked up the IDs and they are

    Does that mean it's a part of a mod?

    Today I received the same mysterious note. Is it possible, that you get it if you have an open contract with the Dark Brotherhood? In my game I have finished Muiri's contract, killed Alain Dufont and Nilsine but haven't reported back to Astrid for a long time. This could come with the mod "the dark brotherhood resurrected".

    1: What is the note labeled in your inventory.
    2: Are you dawnguard or a vampire. (and other factions)
    3: Where exactly did you go in volkihar.
    4: Finally, do you know how long its been since you finished the dawnguard queslines.

      1: It's just labeled as "Contract"
      2: Vampire, haven't joined any other factions yet
      3: It was right next to the boat on the shore, they all showed up the second I arrived on the island
      4: This was pretty early in the questline, was on my way back to the castle after retrieving the Moth Priest. The scouts I know are part of Dawnguard, they've always been around, and while there are DB assassins that attack, this is the first time I've seen one on the island and with that contract.

      im assuming the db agent had it. well if your new in the game, db assassins can attack at any point in time, anywhere. now obviously the dawnguard are there, but the dawnguard and the assassin are just a coincidence.

      Yeah, the assassin had it. I've been attacked by the DB numerous times in my many adventures with several characters, but all their contracts were the same vague one, this is something I've never seen before.
