Seams, and OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR NECK!?

this is just a khajit sneaking, the seams occur on other races as well, and they all seem to have the neck issues while sneaking.
Even in the previews for the game I thought the guy with a bow sneaking thru the forest looked like some kind of mutant because of the neck issues.
