About this image

The next spoiler. Destruction magic gets a few spells with mixed elemental properties. This one goes by the name "Frozen Hell" (don't really like the name, but don't have someting better yet) and causes fire and frost streams to emit from the ground.

Mixed spells will work with all perks related to both elements.

Not sure how lame it is to do fan art for an incomplete mod for a game that came out yonks ago, but I liked the visuals for the Ultimate-esque "Heavenlapse" spell, so I made a scrawling of what I suppose is someone shooting the elements into the sky before they come raining down.

Seeing the age of the comments here makes me wonder if this is the right place to put this, my experience with this website's interface is practically non-existent.

Will TNBT be compatible with SkyRe? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

This is exciting, and reminds me of playing Dragon Age: Origins and mixing the spells "Blizzard" and "Inferno". Little did I know that one of them gave a resistance to the other.

If you're looking for name suggestions I'd suggest something like "Arctic Blaze" or "Wintry Inferno".

This gives me an idea. Before Skyrim was released I remember Todd Howard of Bethesda describing spell dual casting, and I thought to myself: "does that mean I can combine two spells?" Disappointingly, this wasn't the case, and the specialisation perks in SkyRe mainly cater for mages only using one spells of a single element. Perhaps a new perk with several levels can boost spells of all elements, but not as much as the specialisation perks. I don't have many decent names but here are some ideas:

Dual Fusion: You can dual-cast spells of different elements. (If not entirely possible you could add a bonus identical to the dual-casting one)

Elemental Bombard: (this concept is very difficult to describe) If you hit a target with an elemental spell within 5 seconds of them being hit by a spell of a different elemental a secondary effect is added depending on which effect you used to detonate the combination.
Unique effets: Fire - An explosion does fire damage to all enemies in a large radius. Frost - An explosion freezes all enemies in a small radius. Shock - An explosion drain all the magicka from all enemies in a medium radius.
For example: I hit a target with an shock spell, and then hit them with a fire spell within 5 seconds the combination will detonate, causing a fire explosion.

Dual casting spells that aren't equal isn't possible, but TNBT has a specialization that rewards you for juggling different elements, as well as a spell for each combination of elements.

I actually considered porting "Storm of the Century" as the frost/shock combo spell, but it's too similar to what I planned for the all-elements spell.
