Greywater Grotto is to the east of Falkreath, in the moutains directly behind Helgen. I'm really not sure why the location was even created since their isn't much of anything treasure wise within it. It does have four wolves, two ice wraiths, and a nice rocky stream that leads to a small waterfall, but don't expect an amazing treausre find there.
