About this image
High on the peak of the mountain above Solitude, for the second time today, I run into another unfortunate victim of misguided interpretation.
The first was an Argonian that had a copy of 'Guide to Better Thieving', after I found a dead elk and his corpse tucked into a pocket of an open cave by two fearsome snow sabertooths.
The second had died clutching a copy of 'The Rear Guard'; ironically he was killed after what looks like all types of dremora ebony weapons were thrust deep into the bowels of his anatomy.
I always thought Solitude adventurers were a clever bunch, but not this dense.
