Both moon mods are from 20 Moons - replacer pack by akindain. The sky and stars are from Enhanced Night Skyrim by CptJoker. Trees are from Skyrim Flora Overhaul by vurt. And there's probably something customized on that tree stump, too, but I'm not sure which one. ">

Nope, it's not part of a quest. It's just a pretty night scene I found as I wandered the wilderness.
