   You can use the console command Player.setrace Xrace (X being the race) to switch between the "playable races", OR you can be creative with things such as "Harerace" to be a harmless rabbit or be a giant ( and tank control operated) dragon.
   
   To use the shouts you must go into console and type in 'psb' which gives you every spell. I'm working on finding the dragon related ones only...well the good dragon ones anyways, and plan to put them in a bat to make them easier to get to...note they are only usable as a dragon, and most 'NPC races' don't have any attacks affiliated with them. Look up the 'Monster Camera Fix' mod here on the nexus before you try this...trust me, you need the camera fix to play decent.
   
   ...Also you can't fly, sorry. :|
