      Answering to myself: Actually one can achieve this by installing "Moonlight Tales - Werewolf and Werebear Overhaul" by "Brevi" and "Al99". Also, it's possible extract both texture and model from their mod and use only them. But the mod offers the advantage of changing only the player, to many colors and bodies, and in run-time, instead of a static model installed on /data.
