any ideas? I have a few texture mods, and enb, and I don't know which mod or what files would be causing this.

    thats an enb probleme , I get that too

      yeah, it is part of the ENB I found as well. Hoping to find a solution, it affects all the fires in windhelm, and in many dungeons as well, so it annoys me a fair amount.
