On a side note, I checked both the sources users provided in the comments to download the armor (including the one on the Russian site which requires registration in order to download anything-- quite challenging if you don't know how to read Russian)... Both of them however appear to be modeled over a comparatively low quality body model seeing as the one used in this pic appears to be modeled over Caliente's Slim variant of CBBE. Would be nice to know where to get the one used here. There actually doesn't seem to be many outfits around that use this body. :/
