About this image

After upgrading my video card from 560 GTX to 760 GTX and after installing WATER, I started seeing water milky, as if they had poured milk or chalk in it. The effect didn't go away after removing WATER. I used to see water more clear especially in streams, but it has been suggested that this is the "normal" look of water. Opinion?
