All I can say is it looks like you found Whiterun just in time. Being an old time Frostfall vet I can tell you have the gear for the climate, however I would strongly encourage a bowl of stew before travel, it truly helps.
Thank you for advice! It was strong "I have to do this!" moment. BTW, it's Winter Season with Frostfall patch and I strongly suggest this mod for anyone who wants some surviving elements in Skyrim.
