Here is the second image of the series. This is the Eldergleam in the Eldergleam Sanctuary. It is the sap of this three that is used to revive the dead tree in Whiterun.

Location: Eldergleam Sanctuary
Mods: Confident ENB + some personal tweaks | Skyrim Flora Overhaul (do not know if it affects the Gleam too)
Post Processing: Auto Contrast and Brightness.
