Thanks! It's pretty easy to do, if you're curious just console in player.setrace imperial(breton,redguard etc.) then showracemenu, and you can change the eyes/eyecolor then set your race back to whatever elf you had before leaving the race menu
changing anything besides color is probably going to screw up your stats/level though so be careful.
