Interior Lighting Overhaul

Some of you may remember Interior Lighting Overhaul for Fallout New Vegas. Well it just so happens that I am once again disappointed with Bethesdas poor placement of lights.

Goal of ILO for Skyrim: Address lighting settings in interior cells by removing a number of phantom light sources and tweaking the colors/positions of remaining sources. Provide a much darker, moodier setting.
