Finally done, with adding mods and fixing little bugs^^.

I run Skyrim on a C2D E6600 @ 3,3GhZ, HD4870 512MB, 4GB DDR-2 and two old Harddrives in Raid0.
The game doesn't drop below 30FPS and plays like a charm with 120+ esp's active.
