I was playing Skyrim as you know and I noticed this under my feet it shows up in first person and third person and it gets bigger and then shrinks plus it has a misty smoke coming off it. If any one knows what it is and how to get rid of it I would appreciate it a lot Happy Skyriming And Happy Modding. THX:)

    If that's true, you should be able to target it in the console, and disable it.
    If it's under the ground and such unable to target, 'tfc' and go under there, target it and 'disable' it that way

    happened to me too once, it looks like ice wraith bugged under world mesh following you to attack you. i got rid of him by loading older savegame
