   I was wondering why this little fella's armor wasn't around in Skyrim. Glad to see that it's coming after all.

      I think you mean your big bad scary fella, the fella that's like 8 foot tall and chases you with a darn bumper blade. I was intimidated on first seeing him in New Vegas, but when using a proper ENB, Texture pack and the mod CNR (Caesars New Regime) you'll be more intimidated by his appearance.
