   Haha thanks guys! I ended up sitting down this morning before even having any coffee to tear the yataghan completely apart. The blade had some artifacts I couldn't get rid of due to anti aliasing, so I'm giving it an overhaul. Went from splitting the blade in two and rearranging the UVW map to breaking the blade from the handle and making a whole new texture.... then as I was setting up the Damascus for it, I realized I had a whole new ton of realestate to play with. I think my whole day is gonna be shot with making engravings now lol.
   
   The madu is in update 1j by the way. I wanted to include this sword and a new Ottoman bow, but they just weren't "done" yet. Kept getting hinging on the bow limbs, until I dumped its skeleton and tried out the ancient Nordic bow skeleton instead. Much better results, so we now will have an authentic kassai to go with all the other Ottoman... erm I mean Redguard, items. It's sexy too! Deep red wood, black horn reinforcing, with white horn tips.
