   .... the one on the right is better however.. i think the one on the right should have less black.. you dont want it to look like the ebony.

   Then I will go ahead begin replacing my textures for the parts that I changed with the HD equivalents. HTen, when you are ready, I can match them up to yours^^.

   Yes I'm currently using the new HD texture but as you can see from the left side picture, I added little "hammered iron" look to them. You can't see from the picture that every binder/strips that were orginally metal are now brown leather. I made new envmasks and normal maps but they need some improving.

   Are you going to use the updated texture pack? If so I was planning on improving my textures to match with the updated resolutions. But I cant start until I know what you are doing^^.

   @mikeandike That's right. Just retexturing won't make it be like we had in Morrowind but can make it look closer compared to the one Skyrim has. Thanks for your opinion man.
   
   I'm planning on doing old burial near Morrowind's border where these armor (and hopefully weapons) can be obtained, that gives some Morrowind feeling to it

   Definitly the right one. The left appears like when you put the contrast too high on a tv or too much sharpness to a camera, just over the topish. Also, compared with original glass armor from Morrowind, there has never been so much dark-green in the glass. The idea, yes, but not to that extreme. The sharpness like appearance also stands out of the surrounding.

    I prefer the one on the right. But I I don't believe either of them look like the Morrowind one. I don't think the solution is as simple as recoloring it.
    
    Good luck! I appreciate what you're trying to do. The skyrim glass armor looks like something about of Starcraft.
