I have played Skyrim for hundreds of hours and had never encountered this character. After this fight, I Googled "Invisible Khajiit" and found that others had run into this guy. Most were calling it a glitch, but I think it isn't. During the fight, he would become momentarily visible as in the picture above, then go completely invisible again. If it was a glitch, I would think he would stay invisible the whole time. It was a really tough and fun fight. I could have made it easier with Aura Whisper, but I was having a great time trying to deal with a completely invisible opponent. Edit: I have now seen the Invisible Dragon Glitch and it would become momentarily visible just like the Invisible Khajiit, so I am now convinced that the Khajiit is a glitch as well.
