Here is a picture of the progress so far with the rigging. Im really happy with how some of the things work. The shoulders move excellent as well as the front skirt. Sides are missbehaving so thats what im trying to fix atm but otherwise it really just needs some textures and then its good to go.

    You're doing the Nord, Newermind is doing the Breton, now we just need someone to do the Altmer robes. Any idea for the name?

    Ah yeah! I was looking for something like this I really cant wait to throw this on a character once your done.....do you have an estimate of how long it will take?

    Looks good.
    But I suggest adding more detail to the mesh first making it high poly.
    Will be much easier to texture when u got decent normal maps.
