A teaser of things to come! This is a bantam guar from ESO, Im currently having some problems with rigging it, skin works well in 3ds max but the mesh does not move in -game. Any ideas why? Anyways, really fun working on this, hope you like it.

    Go to nifskope, click your NiTriShape and under the "Block Details" of your BSLightingShaderProperty there is an entry entitled "Shader Flags 1" and check if there is "Skinned" in its value. If not, add it.

    It happens especially when you copy a BSLightingShaderProperty from a static mesh to a skinned one since statics don't have skin informations.

    Been a while since I did any rigging for Skyrim but I remember using this 3ds max plugin.

    This little guy was fully functional. He was so cute with his Khajiit voice T_T

    As you can tell by the post date its been more than 2 years since i even posted it, even longer since I rigged it but I know I got it to work using that 3ds plugin and nif scope. There's an extremely detailed guide on the site that cannot be named.
