I think he once said in one of his (excellent) videos that he used Phinix Natural, the same one that I use, but then he might have changed it a hundred times since then !
Raindrops and bokeh kind of represent a philosophical question of are pictures from skyrim viewed from an eye or a camera ! Hexagonal bokeh (hexaganol blobs of light) or drops on the lens says its a camera ! Great shot btw, love the quality of the detail.
Question is, would you rather play like you're watching a film, or play like you're there in the thick of it? One's got strong DOF, rain-on-lense effect like here, and third person. The other's got Enhanced Camera, mild DOF, etc, etc.
Ive got to admit I do love a lot of the camera effects, I just sometimes wonder how they smuggled the camera into Skyrim Not that Im exactly a stickler for lore friendly things, they probably didnt have a lot of plastic zipsuits back then either
