   great picture!id try to do something like this, but i don't think it would come out as beautiful as this one.

      All you need to do is crank up the display settings, get an ENB, and tweak the ENB. Then just find a nice spot you like. BLAMO you have yourself a screenshot xD
      
      Secondly I use a few texture mods. Including a sun texture. On top of that my ENB gives of very realistic sun glare and rays. Oh and you also might want to turn on water and sky reflection along with AA and Post Pros.
      
      I can tell you my ENB settings if you want.
