The black feathered capelet is the one I want

I had this mod installed a while back, but I wiped my PC and forgot to endorse this wonderful mod. It is the black feathered Capelet, it comes with another armor set mod, and I cant remember which one. it does not come with the one in the picture, as many of you know that armor is the Hedge Mage armor. Please if anyone knows this mod, I would appreciate it.
