I am trying to get 4k also but GPU is still expensive. I am hoping AMD R9 Fury will do the job since my 770 only has 2GB

  You don't really need 4k resolution unless you have a big monitor to go with it. On anything below 28 inches 2560x1440 will look just fine and put significantly less strain on your system (especially when using an ENB - post-processing effect scale exponentially with image size). So if you're on a budget, I'd definitely recommend going for a cheaper GPU and lower resolution, you'll end up with better performance overall.
