About this image

Huh, armor now nearly done. Next I will be focusing on weapons. Yea, I know I've said that once before but now I happy with the armor.

Also I need to figure out how and where to obtain those in-game. I have few ideas:
1. from some dungeon/burial near Morrowinds border.
2. from ship wreck that was coming from Morrowind. Maybe there could be (Morrowind) Refined Malachite and you'd have to craft these.

Please tell me what you think or comment your own idea, thanks.

@Natterforme: Thanks again. Both versions look the same but male was in browny sunlight. You mean making chainmail parts (at arms and near neck) more lighter? Some fine adjusting can easyly be done since I have every texture saved as .xcf file. That means I have glass, metal, chainmail, leather parts in different layers and that makes modifying just one material easier.

Pretty . The female version is good but I feel like the male version needs to be just a little bit darker. The female version looks more silver but the male version is slightly brown in color. Perhaps some shiny silver chainmail? Well, if you dont do it I can do it myself once I get the the glass mage armor^^.

    Endorsed.

@hlvrn: Actually textures themselfs are same as in the "noisy one" but normal and environmental maps are now smooth. If you look at vanilla textures with editing program you can see how much the color and lightnes vary on helmet and male cuirass. Also nearly every glass armor nif have really different values. It's just testing after testing and trying to get every part look the same in different scenes. So the "noisy textures" have just the right tone.

As I have just little experience on Construction Set and even less on CK I would use someones resources if I get permission.

That extra lore thing is also good idea. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks man.

@Vigilant Warden: It looks bit yellow because of the sun.

@ Vigilant: I think that's because it's at sunset on two pictures. The female grey version looks much darker, and that's during midday.

Maybe it's just me, but the gray seems a little too bright.

Anyway, I love the two ideas for obtaining it! In my opinion - and if you have the time to devote to this - try both!

    Looks really good!
I think you nailed the noisyness now, it looks just right!

I think both implementation ideas are good, although an ancestral tomb would be extra cool and remind you of Morrowind. I believe Phitt (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/modules/members/index.php?id=128339) has made some good quality resources for ancestral tombs. You can mail him and ask for permission to use them if you'd like to use it.

However, to add extra "lore" to it (whether its idea 1. or idea 2.) you can make it so that the body of which the glass armor is found on, is someone who wore glass armor in Morrowind. For instance you can name the body Salyn Sarethi: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Salyn_Sarethi
