You planning on releasing her sometime in the future?
The weapon itself is just an enchanted glass dagger (using a stalhrim dagger would have been my choice but would require the Dragonborn DLC before downloading), and her Wispmother summon spell is something I whipped up for her by myself.
She still needs some more tweaks and tests, though, but she works the way she's supposed to for the time being.
