Ok so when I today went into Skyrim this bug appeared I also have this same problem in World of Warcraft.

The water and fog are shown through walls and everything that is blocking your view.

Can anyone help? I could appreciate it.

    Always best to roll back to a previous one that worked. As the new ones usually do this sort of thing.
