      His profile says he is still active. Maybe he is working on some cool update, or maybe he is waiting to release it for Skyrim HD. Heck, maybe Bethesda hired him to redo the NPC's for Skyrim HD. The timing of his announcement and then silence lines up

      Maybe, 90%. But, I'm not a native speaker.
      So, writing a description is much harder than making a mod to me
