   have you tried to verify skyrim on steam im no expert but maybe a file is corrupt and needs a redownload other than that i dont realy know

      I had no issue before installing ENB and TAZ, it's just something related to the settings I guess or some conflict of some sort, when I've tried to take off possible conflicting mods situation went even worse.
      
      I'll switch back to the usual settings I had, i was definiely happier before. At least until i get this fixed.
