Is it possible to further add both Cabin in Riverwood (with would locate bottom right corner) & Castle Riverwood (Right side beyond the gate & bridge)? You can also try Riverwood Mercenary Guild to replace Woodside (Not particularly good looking but it's at least not another abode).
