I don't know ENB's at all, but I do enjoy the image, the mood, the color saturations just fit the picture. Something more colorful would have a totally different emotional impact.
It isn't a particularly useful ENB because every bright weather becomes this nuclear sea of bloom, but hey! Perhaps it is useful for roleplaying a vampire?
