I was romping around with Golldir and I stopped when I saw the sunset over Skyrim. I wish that sometimes I lived in such a beautiful world, without pollution and where life was simpler, where I didn't have to worry about my car breaking down or having to charge my phone, where romance wasn't as simple as "text me and we'll hook up". Where people fought for lives, not ideas, and where wars were over freedom, not oil. Where alliances were forged, not broken, and where allies came from the most unlikely places. Bravery was something uncommon, not unheard. Fights were for money, not just to prove you're better. Where people were right in the head, and stupidity was something made fun of instead of tolerated. A place where an insult might mean death, not a threatening comment. A world that is better than our own, that continues to get better, not worse. A place where thieves were sentenced, not let off, a place where homeless people were cared for, not ignored. A place where meat was fresh, not packaged. Where drinks were pure, instead of looking like radioactive waste.
