This is the land plot of Heathfire in Hjaalmarch (Morthal) with Skyrim Bigger Tree. This is before constructing the foundation. You see that the two trees are on places where they shouldn't be.
(Compare this with where the foundation is located in this image). The situation is same after the construction. No foundation !
