I have tried the same with Bleak and even there armors looked awesome. Character skin on the other hand looked far worse, so I kept the light bloom that Bleak has.

Hi there marmotte. In my opinion these images look just fantastic. I don´t mind the darker setting. And you made some really fabulous shots here. The close-ups are stunning.

Wonderful set featuring beautiful Lorelei, really fantastic images Marmotte, but where is that creepy creature from? I don't believe I have come across it, maybe, but after 5 years and a half a dozen play through's, who knows, lol.!

Looks amazing very nice set, the colors are a great balance between desaturation and cold tones that I really like. Great job

Thank you Ploo. Are you ok i call you Ploo? I like Ploo That's a funny name

Yes it's cold tones. That's a really change for me. I prefer colorfull setting and sharpening.

I sometimes hate it when bloom and sharpness are each others counterpart in Skyrim. Either you have bloom and less sharpness or vice versa. That is why I like Ruby and Bleak so much for their incredible detail, but Somber Dreams for its amazing bloom and atmosphere.

    Superb set my friend

      Thank you Zwabber.

Unfortunatly i can't run Somber Enb.
And you Zwabber, what is your actual enb and preference?

It depends what I am doing:

For playing: modified Somber Dreams 3 or modified Vanilla Icecream. The last one, Icecream, I am running now since I have my new monitor and use WQHD resolution (2560x1440). It is very sharp, so I can see Renthal's HD flowers and grubs better

For shooting Playorc: two very custom ENBS one based on Ruby and another is even composed of the very old Filmburvinter and Kountervibe. I call it FimbulVibe Lately I also have a DSR version of both. DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) is a techniek to get even higher resolutions for screen shots (3413x1920). It is only for making screen shots, as it is very slow outside, but this way I don't have to do rotate stuff

If you ever need help running Somber, let me know. I have a lot of tweaking experience with it and maybe able to get it running like you want to.

I try everything. Unfortunatly if i remove effects to gain fps, somber lost its interest. I try to edit ini files, but nothing good.
All improvements has a cost. but don't worry, i'm happy with Rudy enb
