The mesh itself is: Architecture\Windhelm\InteriorKits\Wood\WHIntWoodLogHorizontalThin01.nif
The texture wrapped around is: architecture\whiterun\wrcitywallplaster01.dds
All of which are vanilla assets. Strange that it occures. If you go into your data folder, track down these files and move them, to force the game to use vanilla assets, will the issue still persist?
I checked and i have no mod changing the mesh, as for the texture, i do have "architecture\whiterun\wrcitywall01plaster.dds", it`s a different name but i`m sure that`s the one
Edit: Looks like it`s a issue with "Noble Skyrim", i renamed the texture and it`s working now, thnx!

@Edit; Or if your impatient, download SMIM and use the WHIntWoodLogHorizontalThin01.nif and see if that resolves the problem, as a temporary fix.
