Have you done a Drow character with a full Drow armor and missed the Piwafwi cape?
Well, no such mod are around. But you can actually enchant a cape or a cloak and get the invisibility ability anyway. Just look at the screen shot and you will see how close my female Drow whas able to get without getting detected. And you won't get detected even if you use a weapon or magic in sneak mode. But that is a boring approach in the long run.
But on the other hand, you can shorten the distance some between you and a further away opponent before you go out of the sneaking mode.

The power workstation mod is handy when you don't want to go and find an enchanter table for example.

Now, destroy the ring in the enchanter. Apply the enchantment on the cloak or a cape.
And herueka! You have the Piawafwi cloak or cape! :) You will be very, very hard to detect as long as you don't stand up from sneaking. But you will see your character though.

For a thief or a hunter for example, it's great. Or if you just want to get away from some serious enemies without having to fight them? This cape will give the character a nice advantage really.
Especially when your character are at a low level, and are weak like a chicken.
