      Well im not the authos but maybe i can help... first its a custom made armor... from the lower part he is using http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60387/? demonic mermaid armor,
      for the girl proably a custom race mod, for the helmet a custom version of zero frost medusa armor. hope that helps.
