The Imperial Palace of Cyrodiil at a distance. You can see this palace from a fort located north of Cyrodiil, just across the Skyrim border.

How to get there: go to Falkreath, go south to Folkstead, cross the Skyrim border and you are in Cyrodiil. It's not huge, but it is Cyrodiil.
