This is a really cool action scene!!
Keeping in mind that this is totally non-lore friendly, the reason will soon make sense.
A month ago, Felicia was part of an Elite Enforcer Faction of Skyrim-Theta (an alternate futuristic universe that has embraced and extended Dwarven technology to the point where it is now possible to travel between alternate dimensions).
Being that arcane magic and power exists across all versions of Skyrim, an Evil Mage mastermind decided to steal the dimensional portal technology and use it to invade alternate worlds for the sole purpose of killing other mages and absorbing their arcane energy. This will eventually allow him to become an invincible and immortal conqueror of alternate worlds.
Felicia was tasked to bring the Evil Mage down. She was able to track him to this world, but the trail has gone cold. She befriends and enlists the help of the locals, who can instantly tell that she is not from around these parts. Her training in the Elite Enforcer Faction has greatly enhanced her mage magic and fighting abilities, making her an unstoppable force to be reckoned with. That, combined with a few toys she brought from home, will help her in her quest.
Flash forward to now ... Felicia's investigative hunch paid off. The Evil Mage is hold up in a Blue-Stripe compound, which is also a good source for arcane power and mind controlled soldiers.Attacking the compound, Felicia leaps into the air, gun blazing.
As for my own thoughts considering her background that gun must be enchanted with different magical casings in a similar manner to the castergun from outlaw star? XD Considering the technological abilities of the spellbreaker she must have a similar device in the form of a utility/aesthetic item like her earrings giving her enough magical resistance to fend off a dragons breath if not more, probably the only thing that can knock her off her feet besides her own clumsiness would be a thuum shout which only works due to warping /destroying the environment around her such as unrelenting force.
She comes off as confident to the point of being a showoff. This doesn't get her into trouble as she is so well trained and effective in most situations that she doesn't let her skill get to her head but loves to flaunt her flashy style whenever she can. She can drink and even her closest companions don't know where she puts it as she never seems to get drunk enough to puke or get sick in anyway despite her enthusiasm for golden ale. She's fun to be around if you can stand her assertive personality. She is never sarcastic and finds sarcasm ignorant and distasteful; she has a clever sense of humor with a teasing tone mixed with her sense of superiority, because deep down shes from the future and as such thinks she is an example of the pinnacle of society. She'll never state that thought out loud but will have a demeaning attitude to people she doesn't like. Would be trained in all forms of combat from hand to hand / melee to typical firearms and magical abilities, she would be specially trained to kill dragons and other powerful lifeforms of the era.
