In my opinion, that currently looks odd and it would look better with some dyed cord instead, giving it a bit of a samurai touch. But hey, just what came to my mind when i saw it, an opinion. It's your armor.
Seriously though, this is easily your best design in terms of an end-game looking set of armor. Don't know if it was intended or not, but this looks very fitting for Dunmer in particular.
