Thalmor Dream Team of archers looks intriguing and I wonder where that rivalry might get them... Ursula seems to be most cold headed one along with Falisa, given their behavior while Dr. Liche seems to get impatient and wants everything he wishes at once, like Skyrim and evil Company heads on a plate. However Ursula sure knows how to calm him although they both give creepy vibe. I wonder what Ursula meant when she had said that they are taking their enemies from within... did she mean Evil Company or Thalmor other opponents?
I think Ursula was speaking of the Stormcloaks.
But she just may be making a hint at another idea

Yes, it was just good timing that Ursula closed her eyes. I think it really added to the shot.
