New version - NO TORCHES patches added

Version 1.4 added.
- gave all guards sons weapons, since they are neutral in CW. No more Imperial weapons. They will now have either have 1 or 2 handed weapons picked at random.
-fixed some small errors in some patches and a few that were not working as intended.
