    i think it is a bug of your plugin for the specific enviroment . I had the same issue in Dragonsreach while using Unofficial Skyrim City Patch. Some Parts of the Castle looked like on your picture ...

    Do you know each shape have often only one visible face.
    I guess you're sure of your placement.
