This is a very early WIP of my first ever sculpt of a "human" (actually a statue of an Aedra) in Zbrush. I always felt that the way Bethesda retconned the nords to worshipping the imperial gods was a huge missed opportunity and after reading The Nord's Totemic Religion decided to add some elements of the old norse pantheon to the game.

 started by making statues and shrines of the old norse gods to release as a a mod asset and then include in a mod to add them to the wilderness and in some people's houses, this is the first one i'm working on. As you can see in the image i'm using the concept art of the murals depicting the gods we find in the game as a base. I might also make another version of the statue to represent a more modern nordic pantheon as those murals show the really old gods from the time of the Dragon Cult.

The body still needs some tweaks and detailing, specially in the head, hands and feet but i'm now working on sculpting the stylized fur strands for the clothing.
