   Thank you for sharing your private impressions from this place you were ... it is really beautiful there ...the landscape is breathtaking and especially the pic of the old mossy forest reminds me to a fairy-tale

      I was glad to share a few glimpses of the island and I am delighted that one of the forest caught your eye, it was a like being in a fantasy world with the forest having a mysterious touch to it

   What a beautiful sounding place. Is it busy with a lot of people and tourists? I tend to like quiet places although they can sometimes be harder to find these days. Your shot of Edrelle looks great and I bet she would also be happy to have a respite on the island you visited.

      Beautiful does describe the island well. There is only ever a reasonable amount of people on the island, especially since most of the island is a biodiversity reserve, when we were there wandering about the trails we barely ever saw another person, it is a place where one can find some quiet for sure. I am happy you like the shot of Edrelle, I think you are right that she would have enjoyed time on the island

   That looks like an amazing place to spend time,. I was very happy in the Austrian mountains this year, and I can imagine you must have been on this place. Did you camp on that Island also,.. ?

      It really is a nice place to explore or simply to sit in one place for a while and take in the sights and the fresh air, I was quite happy on the island that is true. The non-profit organization that owns part of the island built a number of cabins on the island and we stayed in one of those though camping is also something one can do on the island.
